MIRIAM CRUZ

Owner and General Manager of El Rincón de Moraga, born in Los Llanos de Aridane, she studied a degree in Business Administration and Management at the British University of Northumbria, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

For more than 10 years Miriam has developed her professional career in the Consumer sector, where from the General Management of Iberia and LATAM for Nigel Wright Group, she has helped many of the most important companies in the industry in the area of Talent and Recruitment.

Current founder and CEO of Almonds & Bananas Group, from where she personally leads the El Rincón de Moraga project together with her younger brother Jorge Cruz.

    Javier Torres, Corporate Director of El Rincón de Moraga, didn't think twice when Miriam proposed launching the project.

    With more than 20 years of experience as HRBP at Bodegas Miguel Torres, Javier not only brings a strong knowledge of human resources management but also a passion for the wine sector that has allowed him to take control of the El Rincón de Moraga winery.

    His passion for people and his orientation towards the restaurant business, where he worked in the family restaurant, which his father managed together with his mother, at the age of 15, have led Javier to find in this project the key to put all his knowledge and learning into practice.
